These all inclusive retreat, set in the magical tiny town of Northeast Harbor, will bring deep connection, a sense of fulfillment and the opportunity to elicit change within yourself and your family structure.
The groups includes women of all ages in all stages of motherhood and grand-motherhood.
Daily Workshop sessions will cultivate your own internal wisdom, and help you understand and navigate the frustration, overwhelm and unknowns. With attention spent on intentional writing and, the space for expansion is limitless as we align ourselves with nature’s intrinsic flow.
With time to explore the Acadia National Park, share glorious meals, and simply, hold space for yourself and each other, we will return to what is good in this world.
Together we will recognize our responses to the situations we find ourselves in. We will work to understand and teach ourselves self regulation, making space for new ways of living, no matter our age. Ultimately, helping us and our families to flourish, creating more peace in our daily lives.
You will fall in love with the landscape and the breathtakingly beautiful of The Ledges, located just a 70 min drive from Bangor.
With focus and care for each individual, the retreat will be limited to only 10 participants.
